Angela "Angie" Christine Chrysovalantou Ellison Horaites, 45 of Streamwood, wife of Mike "Mano" Horaites; daughter of Helen Ellison and the late William A. Ellison; sister of Victor Savickas, Jr. and Tracy Marie Savickas and the late Cheryl Christine Savickas; step sister of Cindy Yamate, Danny Ray Ellison and the late Michael Ellison; sister in law of George (Athanasia), and Peter (Aneta). Angie loved people. She was a very talented person. She had a gift for designing flowers. She was a focused student, even receiving the well deserved achievement of National Honors Society member. She enjoyed baking, singing, playing the piano and making people laugh. She graduated in 1995 with honors from Notre Dame High School for girls in Chicago. She went on to graduate from North Park University. Angie was a dedicated employee of various banks in the Chicagoland area for many years. She loved and spoiled her cats. She was a true gem of a person and will be missed by all who knew her. Visitation Monday , October 3rd, 10:00 am until time of service 11:00 am at Saint Sophia Greek Orthodox Church 525 Church Rd, Elgin, IL 60123. Interment Evergreen Cemetery in Barrington.
