Visitation for Barbara Ann Kowalski nee Sullivan of Streamwood, formerly of Lemont will be held Saturday, May 6, 2017 8:00a.m. until time of prayers 9:15a.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg to St. John the Evangelist Church. Mass 10:00a.m. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.

Born February 16, 1942 in Chicago, Barbara died Saturday April 29, 2017.

She is the beloved wife of Robert Thomas Kowalski and the late Daniel Szpicki; loving mother of John (Lee Ann) Szpicki and Kathleen Gage; proud grandmother of John Daniel, Jeremy and Steven Szpicki, Daniel Gage and Eleanore Clark; cherished daughter of the late Celia and Charles, step daughter of John; dear sister of Charles Sullivan.
