Visitation for Carmen Fontanez nee Guzman Carrasquillo of Villa Park will be held Sunday, April 16, 2023 3:00 - 6:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Following visitation, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
Carmen is the beloved wife of the late Enrique; loving mother of Nelsi Ayala, Santiago Ayala, Marilyn (David) Wasco, Edwin (Marlene) Ayala, Jose Ayala and Nelson Ayala; adored grandmother of 12; proud great grandmother of many; one of 10 children of the late Andre and Isabell Guzman Carrasquillo; fond aunt of many loving nieces and nephews.
