Memorial visitation for Carol Ann Eguchi nee Nelson of Streamwood since 1964 will be held Wednesday, July 14, 2021 4:00 - 9:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Memorial Mass Thursday July 15, 2021 10:00a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church 502 Parkside Circle Streamwood. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
Carol is the beloved wife of 55 years of Robert; loving mother of Rick (Sandy) Pagels, Cherie (William) Lauretta, Jerry Pagels, Rob Eguchi and Darrin Eguchi; cherished grandmother of 16; proud great grandmother of 21; fond aunt of many loving nieces and nephews; dear sister-in-law of Thomas (Betty) Eguchi and Ellen (Eldon) Matsumaura.
