Charles P. "Chuck" Kofink, 79, of Hanover Park, passed away Monday, May 17, 2021. An Army Veteran, Chuck was an avid gardener and Cubs fan who enjoyed crossword puzzles and travelling, proud to have visited all 50 states. Beloved husband of 53 years to Linda (nee Johnson); loving father of John (Karen), Kenneth (Debbie), and Carol (Michael) Nemcik; dear Papa of Morgan Nemcik, Brendon Kofink, Michael Kofink, Amanda Nemcik, Danielle Kofink, Paul Kofink, Makayla Nemcik, John (Lucy) Chapman, and James Chapman; proud great Papa of Irban, Melody, CJ, and Rain who were all also known to Papa as "Freds"; fond brother of Kenneth (Faith).
