Charles James Hopkinson, Jr., 85, died February 13, 2019. Charles was the beloved husband of the late Betty Jane Hopkinson; loving father of Douglas Hopkinson, Amy Stansberry and Glenn Hopkinson,; proud grandfather of Gregory, Andrew, Matt, Erin, Jesse and Seth. Charles had a lifelong career in various management positions within the paper industry. He enjoyed fishing and playing the piano.

Yes, I too am sorry to hear this news, Doug, Amy and Glenn. My deepest condolences for all of you. I've known Hoppy since our High School days together at Maine Township High. If I remember right I think we graduated in 1951. We were classmates together. We both grew up in Park Ridge, Illinois. Oh, there are way too many memories to mention. Hoppy will be missed greatly.
