Visitation for Edward Jurkowski , of Carol Stream for 31 years, will be from 2:00p.m. until time of service 4:00p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2019 at the Countryside Funeral Homes and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Following services, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
