James M. Major, of Streamwood, died at the age of 83 on March 11, 2021. James was survived by his daughter Cheryl (Jeff) Salta and his son Ronald (Susan) Major; 3 grandchildren and 1 grandchild. He is also remembered by the family of his brother, the late Orland (Marge) Major Jr. and the people that befriended him in the course of his life. After living a long and independent life in his own home, the people he left behind can be encouraged by the words of Revelation 21; vs.4-5.
