Her family and friends were the recipient of her handmade Afghans (128 in total). She also loved, in no
particular order: flowers (especially mums), nature, all animals except reptiles, reading (any Danielle Steel books), bears of all sorts, nutcrackers, ferries, butterflies, garden statues (especially gnomes), jewelry, anything from the designer Michael Kors, live theatre, amusement parks, playing Wack-A-Mol, people watching, collecting spoons, the color purple, the Hallmark channel, Disney movies (especially Beauty and the Beast), the cities of Paris and Venice and Manischewitz concord grape wine. She was a lunch room mom at Woodland Heights School. She also taught CCD at St. John the Evangelist Church and worked as a personnel at the Streamwood Walmart for 14 years. More than anything else she adored her family. She took great pride in being a great listener and never judging anyone. She will be missed by many.
