My condolences to your family. John was one of those guys that I was happy to get advise from. I was starting in working on the road with LG serving customers here in North Alabama. I was in a stressful situation at the time and was planing to quit. He talked me out of quitting. That gentle demeanor in his voice calmed me down and said you just need a bit of polish and be ok. He even went with me in the van one day. It was fun and we had a blast. I watched him interact with a customer on fridge that failed. I was so impressed of him. He always had the right answer and I appreciated his professionalism and kindness. We will all miss him. There will be a hole in our hearts thinking of him. I'm so sorry.

Kathy- I am so sorry to hear of John's passing. He was one of my favorite people to work with at both Amana and Maytag, and since then, we worked closely on many projects when he was at LG. I will always remember his willingness to pitch in and always maintain a positive attitude. He was always very popular with his co-workers and everyone he came into contact with.

You, Matt and your family and close friends are in our thoughts and prayers. I'll miss John.

My condolences to Johns family. For over 25 years I have been proud to call John my friend. We have worked and trained together, he helped me build the deck on our home. We could talk, blow off steam or just listen to each other. I will forever miss his friendship, bad jokes and the reminder that "It's almost Friday". I would always introduce John as being in our Industry so long that his first service call was replacing the hinges on an Ice Box, He would respond that it was my Ice Box. I will miss doing that and our bantering. As a friend you couldn't ask for a better one. I miss you my friend.
