Jonathan Kevin Sowka, 65, died September 8, 2019. Kevin was a 40 year resident of the Kiley Developmental Center in Waukegan, IL. Kevin was the cherished son of the late John E. and Marie E. (nee Lonski) Sowka; beloved brother of Judith (Thomas) Deutsch, Gerard (Kimberly) and Therese (Patrick) Moore; dear uncle of Paul (Jennifer), Steven (Melissa), Timothy (Jennie) Deutsch and Catherine Sowka. The Sowka family would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the endless loving care and attention that was given by all of his Kiley family who sincerely cared and loved him.
