Karyl Michael DiMarino, 88, of Streamwood, IL passed away on April 13, 2023. Karl, as we called him, was a longtime member of the Knights of Columbus and active member at St. John the Evangelist Church. He spoke often of his record store and time working at the Chicago Christian League. He loved his time with the boys, especially at Franco's and playing cards.

Karyl is survived by his beloved wife of 22 years, Gaetane; cherished grandchildren Luke and Cosette; loving uncle to John, Tony, Joseph, Nicholas Patti, Steve (Esme) Guerrero, and Sue (Wally). He was a fond step father, step grandfather, step great grandfather, and uncle to many.

Karl was a good and generous man who will be greatly missed.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, April 23, 2023 from 3-8 pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Prayers Monday 9:15a.m. at the funeral home then we will go in procession for the 10:00 am Mass at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 502 S Park Blvd, Streamwood, IL. Following services, cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations to Ascension Alexian Brothers Hospice, 2601 Navistar Drive, Building 4, Floor 1, Lisle, IL 60532 would be appreciated.
