Streamwood/Schaumburg. Monday lying in state 9:00a.m. until time of service 10:00a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church 780 Bartlett Rd. Streamwood. Committal service 1:00p.m. at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery Elwood.
Linda is the beloved wife of 51 years of Glenn Edward; loving mother of Glenda (Carl) Rommel, Brian (Shawna) Hill and Jeffrey (Lindsey) Hill; cherished grandmother of Brandon and Brittany Rommel and Jacob Hill; dear sister of Paul Mohr; many loving nieces and nephews. She was born in rural Platte County to the late Jacob and Myrtle, nee Long. She will also be missed by her faithful companions "Patches" and "Riley". She was a 1963 graduate of Humpfrey High. Linda was an excellent quilter. She also enjoyed sewing when she wasn't quilting.
