Patricia "Pat" Bresnen, nee Sossi, 85 of Carpentersville and Elgin but born and raised in Chicago. Wife for over 60 years to the late Bob; mom of Sue (Tom) Landwehr, Barry (Stephanie), Beth (Mark) Henkels, JoAnn (Dan) Niles, Trish (Jim) Narovec and Jim; Grandma of Meagan (Patrick), Brynn (Larry), Joe, Sam (Autumn), Matthew, Jackie, Anna, Brandon, Catie (Josh) and Peter; great grandma of Gwen, Teagan and another one on the way this month, Sloane; twin sister of Joe Ann (late Rudy) and step sister of the late Virginia and the late Frances; dear family friend Brian Jones and a special thanks to the entire staff at Heritage Woods and White Oaks, who made Pat feel so special. Pat and her twin, Joe Ann, loved to be a part of the many craft show in the Fox Valley area. In retirement she enjoyed playing bingo and occasionally playing the slots at various casinos in the area. A celebration of Pat's life will be held privately. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
