Obituary for Patricia Titos (Titos)

Pat Titos, 80 of Bartlett passed away Monday morning surrounded by those who loved and cared for her. Loving sister of Olga, Vickey and the late Helen (Kenneth) Heyen; cherished daughter of the late Jacob and Froso; aunt of Lynda (John) Sparti; beloved cousin of Liljana ( Spiro) Haxhi. Pat was afflicted with Polio at the age of 10. It was through the extraordinary care of her doctors at Mayo Clinic and her sister Olga that she lived as independently as possible up to the age of 80. Pat could be described as private, compassionate, conservative, mischievous and fiercely independent. Patience was not one of her strengths but cooking was, and it was her way of contributing to the family. Every night her family would gather at bedtime to pray for those less fortunate. The importance of faith and family was instilled into her life, by her parents, at an early age. Visitation Saturday, February 8th, 11:00 am to time of service 1:00 pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers doantions to St Nicholas Albanian Orthodox Church building fund 2701 N Narragansett Ave, Chicago, IL 60639 or the March of Dimes at https://www.marchofdimes.org/giving/support-general.aspx would be appreciated.
