Obituary for Paul Roncone
Visitation for Paul Edwin Roncone of Streamwood since 1984 will be held Tuesday, January 26, 2021 8:30a.m. until time of prayers 9:30a.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg to St. John the Evangelist Church. Mass 10:00a.m. Entombment Assumption Cemetery.
Paul is the beloved husband since 1982 of Fern nee Nelson; loving father of Jason, Christopher, Mike and Rebecca; cherished grandfather of Cameron, Hailey and Maverick; dear brother of Rosemary (Mike) Haas and Alan (Sandra) Roncone. Paul is preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Catherine Roncone.
When Paul wasn’t working hard to provide for his family, he could be found on any baseball field in Streamwood. He, at one time or another, coached all 4 of his children in Baseball. When he wasn’t coaching, he was an enthusiastic spectator. He loved watching his kids, whether it was baseball, football, wrestling, basketball, softball or cheerleading, he was their #1 fan. He retired in 2019 so he could spend more time with his kids and grandkids whom he loved immensely.
