Rita Jezl (nee McCartan), 85, of St. Charles; beloved wife of the late James Sr; loving mom of Barbara Jezl, Jean (Ray) Emplit, James Jr., Mary (Joe) Cornett, Anne Schaefer and John Jezl; cherished grandma of Eric Emplit, Susan (A.J.) Richardson, Sara, Joseph Cornett, Dylan, Kathleen Schaefer, Erin and Elissa Jezl; dear great grandma of Gabriel Reardon and kind sister of Mary “Tim” (late John) Sheedy. Family and her faith were a large part of Rita’s life.
