Roger Tolentino, 77, of Las Vegas, passed away Friday, December 21. A well-respected anesthesiologist and pain management specialist at Sherman Hospital for many years, Roger was an avid traveler and outdoor sportsman. Beloved husband of Cathryne(nee Gross); loving father of Jose and Cynthia; proud grandfather; fond brother of Nilo(the late Elvira), Sr., Lilia, and Delfin, Jr.. He is preceded in death by his first wife. Visitation Friday, January 25 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 S. Green Meadows Blvd.(at Barrington Rd.), Streamwood, IL 60107.
