Obituary for Sean Robert Tavernier
Sean Robert Tavernier, 14 of West Chicago, Beloved son of Robert and Jennifer (nee:Gaffigan); loving brother of Olivia; dear grandson of Michael and Linda Gaffigan, Sandy Tavernier (Joe Augello) and the late Robert Tavernier; fond nephew of Kelly (Chris) Mlynarczyk and Michael Irving; caring cousin of Charlize and Julianna; He will also be greatly missed by his dog Rascal.
Sean attended Marklund Day School in Bloomingdale and was a member of the Chromosome 18 family. He had a great love for all things that had to do with music.
Visitation Monday, February 17, 2020 from 3:00pm until 9:00pm at The Countryside Funeral Homes and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., Bartlett. Funeral service Tuesday 10:30am until time of service 11:00am at Westchester Community Church, 1840 Westchester Blvd., Westchester, Illinois. Cremation will be private at The Countryside Crematory.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Give Kids the World Village at www.gktw.org (a nonprofit resort in Orlando, Florida that provides weeklong, cost-free vacations to children with critical illnesses and their families.) Sean was able to spend a carefree week here and he had the time of his life.
