Steven Elder, 58, of Streamwood, died March 26, 2019. Born March 22, 1961 in Elgin. Beloved son of Mary Lou and the late Bill Elder; loving brother of Michael “Mike”, Patrick “Pat” (Kathy), Debra “Debbie” (Bob) Vasica, James “Jim” (Lisa) and Diane DeLeo; cherished uncle of James, John, David, Melissa, Amy, April, Steven, Darrin and Jeff; Steven graduated Larkin High School, Class of 1979. He worked as a letter carrier, carpenter, and handyman. As a carpenter and handyman he would help out his family, relatives, and friends with their homes. Steven enjoyed a good crossword puzzles like his father.
