Obituary for Terrance Boyle
Visitation for Terrance R. Boyle, age 57, will be held Tuesday, May 28, 2019 2:00p.m. until time of service 7:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd. (1/2 mile south of Irving Park Rd.) Roselle. Following services, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
Terrance passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019 in his home in Elk Grove Village. He was born June 6, 1961, in Pomona, California to the late Thomas Boyle and Dolores Kosowski nee Utecht.
He was a 1979 graduate of Maine East High School in Park Ridge. He married Rose Boyle (nee Dispetto) on September 10, 1994 at St. Zachary Church in Des Plaines. He was employed as a delivery specialist for O'Reilly Auto Parts in Arlington Heights. He had a passion for talking on his CB radio. To those friends he was known as "165" or "Fife" for short. He had a love for all music. When he was younger, he played the drums in a band with his brothers called "Just Friends" and enjoyed playing the keyboard and synthesizer in his spare time. Labor Day weekend was time spent at Union Grove watching the drag car races with friends. He took great pride in his fresh water aquariums. He had a passion for trains and loved setting them up and running them around the tree at Christmas, which annoyed the dogs. He enjoyed just hanging with his dog, Otis, in his "man cave".
He is survived by Rose, his wife of 25 years, his sisters, Lynn Telling and Debra Bowers, his sisters-in-law, Barb Boyle and Mary (Tom) Giovanni, his nephews, nieces, cousins, Aunt Micky, great nephews, great nieces and his many friends.
He was preceded in death by his brothers Timothy and Gary Boyle, his stepfather, Walter Kosowski and his brother-in-law Edward Telling. (630) 529-5751.
