Wendell Douglas Rowe, 77, of Streamwood since 1973. Wendell was the beloved husband of Norma for 52 years; loving father of Sabrina Rowe and Denise (Scott) Dollinger; proud grandfather of Justin (Alexandra) Lundsteen, Berek Dollinger, Tristan (Alex) Dollinger, Duncan (Taryn) Dollinger, Colton Dollinger and Jared Dollinger; cherished great grandfather of Arianna, Francesca and Jayce; loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Wendell is preceded in death by his parents Adam and Gracie Rowe; his brothers Truby Rowe, Gene Rowe, and Theodore Rowe; his sisters Venita Johnson, Priscilla Bryant, Flo Bryant, and Justine Stone.

Visitation will be held from 2:00-8:00pm on Sunday, November 3 at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road), Streamwood. The funeral service will be held at Countryside Funeral Home at 11:00am on Monday followed by interment at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery at 2:00pm.
