Beloved son of the late Nicholas and Wilma (nee Pichler); loving brother of Susan (Dale) Rankin, Wilma (John) Rosemond, Colleen Cook, Debra (Dan) Owens, Nicholas (Karen) and Jeffrey (Joann); cherished partner of Anthony Bertucci; dear uncle of 14 and great uncle to many; close friend of Dave Krebs and best friend to many. A graduate of Northern Illinois University. Bill enjoyed Ft Lauderdale, Florida, especially the beach. He loved to read, ride horses and take care of his shelties, Missy, Hoover and Tank.
