William F. Schade, 74, of Streamwood for over 40 years and formerly of Chicago; husband for 52 years of Donna, nee Daniel; father of Jacqueline (Steve) Morrison, Jeffrey (Mindy) and Jason (Nicole); grandfather of Alicia, Teddy and Lucy; brother of the late Carol (Chester) Trayman; son of the late Frederick and the late Cecelia. William was a clerk at the United States Post Office, where his coworkers affectionately called him Uncle. He enjoyed his time at home grilling and working in his garden and yard. He served our country for 4 years, in the Navy, on the USS America. Visitation Thursday 10:00 am until time of service 12:00 pm / noon at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
