Yolanda Marie Metcalf, 80, of Hanover Park, Illinois, passed away at St. Alexius Medical Center on March 27, 2020 after a brief battle with cancer. She was born November 5, 1939 in Cleveland, Ohio. She is the daughter of the late Alex and Luella Bolesic. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Bolesic and Alex Bolesic Jr.

Yolanda is survived by two sons, Mark Metcalf of Hanover Park, Mike Metcalf of Hanover Park and one daughter, Melissa Stone of Wellington, KY; three granddaughters Hailey (Eli) Koutsulis, Ciara Metcalf, Olivia Stone; and dear Aunt Pearl Knox of Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Yolanda was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family. She was an avid reader and also enjoyed antiquing, crafting and decorating. She retired from James B. Conant High School District 211 where she worked as a secretary for more than 30 years. She will be missed.

Cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory. A graveside service at New Alfrey Cemetery in Morehead, KY will be held at a later date.
