Daniel P. Jaworski, 71, of Streamwood. Died Tuesday, August 19, 2008 in Elgin. Born June19, 1937 in Chicago, the son of Stanley and Stella, nee Lewandowski, Jaworski
Survivors:
Children Danny (Diane) Jaworski, Jeff (Cindy) Jaworski, and triplets Bobby (Debbie) Jaworski, Laura (Rich) Miller (and the late Michael).
grandchildren Garry, Trevor, Gisa, Elmer and Charlie.
brother Stas Jaworski
brother-in-law Donny (Diane) Barszcz.
Preceded:
Wife Mary Ann, nee Barszcz, son Michael and his parents
Visitation Friday from 9:30 until time of service 12:30 at Countryside Funeral Home, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd), Streamwood/Schaumburg. Interment Lakewood Memorial Park. (630/847)289-8054.
