Jim (jimmy) Smiley

Dave and I are the two youngest boys of four in the family. Us four boys used to grill any boy that got near our baby sister. As kids, Dave and I spent a lot time in Busse Woods. We used to take air mattresses out to the middle of Lake Cosmon, we rode the Busse Trail to/from Woodfield several times, and in high school track we ran that trail hundreds of times. He ran a fast 4:45 mile. Dave was big kid and great dad. Dave was known for his infectious laugh which I tried to duplicate many times. He was also a huge fan of Six Flags. Dave was also big fan of rock music. The Grateful Dead, Beatles, and Led Zeppelin were a few of his favorites. I'll be wearing my Jerry Garcia tie tonight. Love you brother.
