Donald A. Miller, of Streamwood, Beloved husband of June (nee: Schield); loving dad of Debra (Michael) Gecan, Marion Hogue, the late Susan (Don) Dyrkacz and the late Ronald (Doris) Miller; dear grandpa of Michael (Natalie), Ryan, Jennifer (Andy), Jason, Rhonda (Michael), Aaron (Justine), Kelci and great grandpa of Aubrie, Shawn, Whyatt, Odin, Eleanor and Carson.
Donald was the owner of Schields trucking in Norridge. He was also a member of Local 150 Operators, an Elder at Grace Lutheran Church, He also proudly served in the Coast Guard- Merchant Marines and the Army.
Visitation and Cremation will be private at The Countryside Crematory.
