Condolence From: Linnea Poland
Condolence: I knew Ed from his job with Timely. He was always so nice and it was a pleasure to speak with him about his family. He was very proud of his wife and children and we spoke about his grandson playing college baseball. He will be missed and I will be praying for his family.

Condolence: I will always have so many fond memories of you. Such wonderful conversations and advice you gave me throughout the years! I would ask my mom. "Hey how's Ed doing? And she would laugh and say it's funny he just asked how you were. It was my honor to work with you for so many years and even after the years have passed since I moved away! I often thought of you and your kindness and the wonderful person you were. I feel blessed to have known you! It will be my honor to make a donation to the Special Olympics in your name it was a topic near and dear to both of our hearts!

Condolence: Ohhhh, my Ed!!! I miss you already!!! I don't care who you were, if you got one of Ed's hugs...... you KNEW you were loved!!! That man made everyone feel so special, like he was there just for you, no matter how many others were there with you! My favorite memory was at your wedding anniversary party. I brought the van full of the Minnesota Sammon's and we girls were likely to wear Ed out from the dance floor to the table, back to the dance floor, we wouldn't give him a moments rest and he just kept coming back for the next one and the next and the next!!!! What a gem!!! Ed, your shoes cannot be filled....... may you enjoy the peace of our saviors love and blessings! and please do us a favor, keep an eye on all those Minnesota Sammon's up there!! I can only imagine the reception you are receiving!!! God's speed my friend.

Condolence: Ed was like a third Grandfather to me. He was at most of my major life events, like my high school graduation party and my wedding. I will never forget his wonderful laugh or his great hugs. I particularly remember spending a couple of Easter's at his house when I was a kid and getting an Easter basket from the "easter bunny" a second time. He really knew how to make people feel loved. I will miss him so much.
