Obituary for Eileen Polanski
Eileen Margaret Polanski (nee Henning), 70, of Streamwood died August 25, 2017. Eileen was the beloved wife of Michael; loving mother of Chris, Jenny (Eugene) Mahon and Tracey (Ramon) Ortiz; proud grandmother of Lily and Shannon; cherished sister of Sonny (Geri), Janet (the late Santy), Paul (Molly), the late Michael (Marylee) and the late Kathy (the late Jerry). She will be missed by her cat Pepper.
Eileen enjoyed crocheting, knitting, playing board games, puzzles and cards. She liked watching various t.v. shows including NCIS, Last 48 and Murder Mysteries. Eileen was a Blackhawks and Cubs fan and loved being a grandma.
Visitation Thursday, August 31, 9:00a.m. until time of memorial Mass 10:00a.m. at Queen of the Rosary Church 750 W. Elk Grove Blvd, Elk Grove Village. Cremation was private at Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Lung Association www.lung.org would be appreciated.
Arrangements by Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory. For information (630)289-8054.
