Obituary for Elsie Podzamsky

Funeral Services for Elsie Podzamsky nee Chlapecka of Hanover Park will be held Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church 405 S. Rush St. Roselle where she will lie in state from 9:00a.m. until the time of service 10:00a.m. Interment Fairview Memorial Park in Northlake.

Born March 6, 1918 in Chicago, Elsie died Wednesday June 9, 2010 in Montgomery, Al.

Elsie was one of the first residents at the Victory Centre in Bartlett and an active member of the Hanover Township Senior Center.

She is the beloved wife of the late Paul; loving mother of Donald M. (Dianne) of Prattville, AL and the late Paul R.;dear mother-in-law of Elaine Podzamsky; cherished grandmother of Jeanette (Robert) Dudzik, Denise Jezewski, Steven (Heidi)Podzamsky, Dean (Stacey) Podzamsky, Daniel and Stephanie Dudzik; proud great grandmother of William, Emma and Tyler Podzamsky and Geoffrey; dear sister of the late Anna Kapusta and John Chlapecka

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Amer. Cancer Society 1801 S. Meyers Rd. Ste 100 Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181 would be appreciated.
