Obituary for Grace Koath
Grace L. Koath nee O’Malley of Streamwood; beloved wife of the late John; loving mother of Linda, Patty (Dennis) Clary, Larry (Vickie) and William (Sharon); caring grandmother of Lauren, Madison and Amanda; dear sister of Frank (Bobbi) O’Malley and preceeded in death by 7 brothers and sisters. Grace was an original parishioner at St. John the Evangelist Church. Visitation Friday 3:00-9:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Saturday 8:45 AM to St. John the Evangelist Church. Mass 9:30 AM. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name to American Lung Association of Illinois 55 W. Wacker Dr, Suite 800, Chicago, IL 60601 would be appreciated.
