Obituary for Joe Chlebanowski

Visitation for Joe Chlebanowski of Poplar Grove will be held Friday, July 28, 2017 3:00PM until time of service 7:30PM at The Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Following services cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory. Joe was employed for 19 years with Naturalawn of America and was an avid World of Warcraft player. Joe was the beloved husband of Diane R. nee Vallas; loving father of Ashley and Bobby. Cherished son of Phyllis and the late George. Dear brother of Georgette Reid, Terese McFadden, Gerald Chlebanowski , Kevin Chlebanowski, Patty Wagoner, Linda (Don ) Hayden, Cheryl (Derrick) Fender, Mary Chlebanowski, Pam Asher and the late Phil. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his mother-in law Carole Vallas and his best friend for 40 years Chris Daniels and his second mom Bernice Daniels.
