Joe was a neighbor of ours and when we (my husband Rich and I) tried to get in touch with him recently and his phone number was disconnected I knew something was up. I am so saddened to learn of his passing. I know he had health issues but we thought he was going to be ok. He was a good friend who would bring his dog Einstein to our house so he could play with our little dog Mia. God has another angel now...RIP Joe.
