Condolence: Joe was always willing to help anyone. He was Elk Grove High School. No one cared more about the students and staff than Joe. He always wanted what was best and would not settle for anything less. We fought many battles to always do the right thing when it came to building projects. He will be remembered always as not only the best building supervisor that Elk Grove had but a trusted friend.
