Obituary for Lynn Knoth Jr.
Lynn J. Knoth, Jr., 81, of Streamwood for 51 years,passed away peacefully surrounded by family April 12, 2018. Lynn was the beloved husband of Patricia for 56 years; loving father of Jeff, Lynda (Marty) Franklin, Brian (Sandy) and Kevin (Deborah); cherished grandfather of Aaron (Jaclyn), Anthony, Stephanie, Mitchell, Marcus, Miles and Megan; proud great grandfather of Maxwell; dear brother of Ronald and the late Marilyn (Edward) Groves; fond best friend of Bonnie (the late Richard) Gertz.
Lynn was an Army veteran, and the proud owner of Nova Crome Inc. He loved to fish, tinker on cars and was known to pull the arm of a slot machine from time to time. He loved to travel and enjoyed many a wonderful vacation.
Visitation Tuesday, April 17, 3:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Wednesday, 9:15a.m. to St. John the Evangelist Church Mass 10:00a.m. Interment River Valley Memorial Gardens. In Lieu of flowers donations to the American Lung Association www.lung.org would be appreciated.
