Visitation for Marilyn J. Fischer(nee Gehrke) of Earlville will be held Monday, December 5, 2016 11:00am until time of service 1:00pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd.(at Stearns Rd.), Bartlett. Interment Mt. Emblem.
Born April 3, 1934 in Chicago, Marilyn died Saturday, November 26, 2016.
Marilyn and her husband Charles owned Fischer's Harley-Davidson in Elgin from 1961 - 2002. She enjoyed traveling, yardwork, her book club, her Church Earlville United Methodist Church, and wintering at her home in Arizona.
She is the beloved wife of the late Charles; beloved sister of Nancy(the late Jerry) Driscoll, Lillian Callahan, Marvin(Cathy) Gehrke, Margie(Jim) Hansen and the late August(the late Tina) Gehrke; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.
