My deepest condolences to Michele, Tana and family. I met Mary Lee while working at BP. It is not often that work friendships extend beyond the life of the job, but she was not only my friend outside of work, but also my travel and movie buddy, crochet and knitting and craft sounding board, good friend and restaurant reviewer to name a few. Mary Lee was funny, compassionate, had common sense and an adventuresome spirit. Our trip to Iceland and London showed a diversity and willingness to go outside of her comfort zone and made new friends along the way.

She has started a new journey way earlier than I would have liked...but I know her spirit is in good hands and is making more friends along the way. I miss her physical presence butpp will see her again one day. Rest in peace my friend.

Mary Lee and I met at DePaul university back in 1989...I became her mentor and we became friends. Mary Lee was a loving and caring friend...she had a sharp- wit sense of humor. She was a friend to myself and my family...she will surely be missed... RIP my friend until we meet again...
