Obituary for Mary Sosine
Visitation for Mary L. Sosine nee Welsch, 89, formerly of Schaumburg will be held Monday, May 22, 2017 4:00 - 8:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd. (1/2 mile south of Irving Park Rd) Roselle. Funeral Tuesday 10:00a.m. Interment Memory Gardens.
Mary passed away Friday, May 12, 2017. She was born August 31, 1927, the daughter of the late Joseph and Theresa Welsch. On September 6, 1947, she married her loving husband Joseph T. Sosine.
Mary enjoyed bowling and traveling. She was a volunteer for many years at St. Alexius Medical Center. She belonged to American Legion Gladstone Post #777. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.
Mary is survived by her children; Joseph (Carol) Sosine, Diane (Scott) Genthner and Michael (Debby) Sosine; grandchildren Sharon, Derek, David, Sandra, Gregory, Christopher, Connie and nine beautiful great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband Joseph, her brothers Peter, Anthony (Darlene) and Joseph Welsch along with her in-laws Edna and Henry.
