Monica Zajicek born in New York, NY, resident of Hanover Park; loving mother of Michelle (Christopher) Campbell, Sharon (Eliseo) Barbosa, Joann (Michael Marcucci) Rahn-Marcucci and the late Michael McLaughlin; cherished grandmother of Erin and Kyle McLaughlin, Lindsey (Paul) Keppler, Samuel and Jenna Rahn; proud great grandmother of Mabel Rae and Connor Jay Keppler.

Visitation Sunday, January 8th, 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Funeral Monday, 10:00 a.m. Burial River Valley Memorial Gardens. Donations to the Kenneth Young Center at www.kennethyoung.org would be appreciated.
