Dear Pat and Jon: We cannot express how very sorry we are to hear about the loss of Phil. He was a good neighbor and friend and we enjoyed our many visits in front of our homes. We will truly miss our "social street time" with him, as he shared some interesting stories and advice with us over the years. You, Jon, and of course Phil, are in are prayers and thoughts.
