Visitation for Raphaela Mary Rogus-Jazwinski nee Montana of Schaumburg since 1975 will be held Thursday 3:00 - 9:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Friday 9:15a.m. to Church of the Holy Spirit. Mass 10:00a.m.
Interment Mt. Carmel.
Born October 12, 1920 in Chicago, she died Monday March 28, 2011.
Raphaela is the beloved wife of the late Frank Rogus and Richard Jazwinski; loving mother of Sandra (Jerry) Huels of Schaumburg and Thomas (Dee) Rogus of Brookfield; adored grandmother of Kimberly-Marie (Ryan) Redd, Michael Huels, Nicole (Michael) Pulia and Thomas Rogus; proud great grandmother of Sam Redd and Michael Pulia; cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Mary Montana nee Catinella; dear sister of 5 brothers and sisters; many loving nieces and nephews.
