Obituary for Rita Serritella
Visitation for Rita Serritella of Schaumburg will be held Friday June 16, 2017 11:00 a.m. - 1:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd. (1/2 mile south of Irving Park Rd.) Roselle. Interment private.
A 1977 graduate of Elk Grove Village High School, Rita was active at the Kenneth Young Center for many years and played the organ at Queen of the Rosary Church. She enjoyed cooking, taking walks with her sister Monica. She loved life.
Rita is the cherished daughter of Anthony Serritella and Caroline Mangano; beloved sister of Monica Serritella, Lisa (Michael Baker) Serritella and Gina (David) Wenzel; loving aunt of Ricky (Renee) Gonzalez and Heather Mengarelli; proud great aunt of Vincent and Gianna; dear niece of Philip (Connie) Mangano, Joseph (Ellen) Mangano, Anthony (Christine) Mangano, Frances Mangano, Mary (Bob) Kacprowicz and Richard Serritella.
