My deepest condolences to the family of Robert Kemper. What a wonderful,full of life and love person he was. He knew Bob Bernaro another Chicago fireman and clown for the chicago fire dept. I was lucky to care give him at sunrise and such a special person ,many a nights we chated at sunrise , I will miss him so much ,but I am honored and blessed to have known him.
