Condolences

Condolence From: Thom Schlewitt
Condolence: Sharon was my niece and I have known her since 1968. In 1985 I introduced her to Xerox where she also became my co-worker. To say she was a big part of our lives is an understatement. She will truly be missed.

Condolence: Sharon, I have worked with you for 29 years. The first 11 in Chicago, literally side by side in our shared cubical space. We took apart computers and put them back together and it grew from there. We were able to finish each others sentences and when we were stumped we reached out to one another and together we knew we would eventually figure things out. Unstoppable. We frequently worked way too late into the night, IM'ing until we'd have to cut each other off usually because our husbands would go nuts if they knew we were working so late into the evening! Your laughter was contagious and always welcome especially in our wee hours. There weren't enough expressive emoticons to capture many of the things we'd IM about (ha!)! I've always teased you, you could never said "NO" to anyone, but you never changed. Outside of work you were also my friend, sharing my wedding day and your stories of family, baseball, yard parties and more. You have always been a wonderful, caring and generous person, you've taught and shared so much with me all these years, I'm forever grateful. My heart breaks and I am so very sad. I will miss you greatly as I know so many will. I pray for your family and all the people you've touched. Your friend

Condolence: Sharon, You were an amazing person. You knowledge and work ethic were unmatched. Most of all you were kind, generous, and your laughter contagious. You will be missed so very much. Prayers for you and your family. I can't believe you are gone. Who am I going to send emails to during meeting? We had so much fun wondering why everyone was so crazy. Your deeply saddened friend

Condolence From: Annette Oresick
Condolence: Sharon was a joy to work with; she was always upbeat and happy to help, whether the request was easy or difficult made no difference. Her knowledge, support and work ethic were beyond compare. She leaves a big hole in our hearts. I think most of all I will miss her laughter; it came easy and often and I will never forget its sound.

Condolence: Sharon was a fantastic co-worker, you couldn't ask for a better person to work with. She was always cheerful, regardless of the request, and went the extra mile to help people. She always seemed to find a way to accomplish difficult tasks. Xerox will definitely miss her a lot, as will I. Go Sox!
