Obituary for Shelby Nicholson

Our beloved Shelby Marie Nicholson passed on November 29, 2016 at St Alexius Hospital. She is survived by her five year old daughter, two loving parents, five close siblings, a caring grandmother, former husband and family that she touched in a deep and positive way. Shelby was born on September 3, 1992. She truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; marching in Washington DC as an activist, performing in theater arts and participating in many volunteer activities. Shelby gave all around her the feeling of love and joy, as she herself would find a way to laugh despite all odds. Shelby attended Elgin Community College where she earned her associates degree and had further plans to attend Florida State University. She enjoyed reading traveling and spending time with friends. Her family and friends will always be thankful for the gift of her life.
