Obituary for Tadeusz Slupek

Visitation for Tadeusz Slupek of Hoffman Estates will be held Saturday, November 18, 2017 3:00p.m. until time of service 8:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.

Tadeusz will be remembered as a hard worker, a strong and helpful man who liked to tell stories and joke around with family and friends.

He is the cherished son of the late Jan and Agnieszka Slupek nee Niedzwiadek; beloved brother of Eugenia (Zygmunt) Drozdel, Marian (Maria) Slupek, Zofia Slupek and the late Stefan Slupek; loving uncle of Renata (Sean) Wincza, Monika (Zdzislaw) Grochowski, Pawel Drozdel (Aneta Chrzanowska), Magdalena (Michal) Daniec, Tomasz (Ewelina) Slupek and Michal Slupek.
