Dear Family and friends of Bill "Mr. Bill" Ptak, Please accept my sincere and heartfelt condolences. Bill was my friend and we were coworkers for ups. I remember "Mr. Bill" as easy going and it wasn`t out of the ordinary to see Bill helping another driver. His smile was almost as big as his heart. My family and I are praying that the spirit of peace brings comfort and wisdom as we remember a very good man.
