I would like to say to all those grieving for Arvid, that he was a great man. I had the pleasure of hiring him to American Hotel Register back in the early 90's. I knew from the interview he would be a special person, and he was. He had a smooth, gentle way about him that connected with his peers and his customers, so can only imagine how special he was to those of you who were around him on a daily basis. My condolences.
