I am deeply sorry for your loss. Arvid was a very special person. For many years Arvid was our American Hotel Rep. and we weathered many an ordeal together. Arvid was always more than our Account Rep - he was our partner and a friend. I will greatly miss our conversations and the laughter we shared. My prayers and thoughts are with his family at this hard time.
